When you create an account, we may collect:

b. Conversation Data & Content
To provide core functionality, we collect:
Text you input into the app
Screenshots, images, or documents you upload for analysis
(Note: We encourage users to redact sensitive personal information such as full names, financial details, or addresses from screenshots before uploading them to the Service.)
c. Usage and Device Data
We may collect:
App usage activity (features used, interactions, and timestamps)
Device information (device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers)
Log data, crash reports, and performance metrics
d. Subscription Information
If you purchase premium features, we track:
Subscription status
Plan type (monthly, yearly, lifetime)
Note: All payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
Analyze conversations and generate negotiation insights
Improve functionality, performance, and user experience

3. Artificial Intelligence and Model Training
Negotix utilizes Google APIs for Artificial Intelligence (AI) processing to analyze your text and screenshots.
Data Processing: Your input is sent securely to Google's API services solely for the purpose of generating your requested insights.
No Model Training: We do not use your personal data, conversation text, or uploaded screenshots to train our own AI models. Furthermore, under Google's API terms of service, Google does not use your data (including text and images) to train their foundational AI models. Your data remains yours.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
Service Providers: Companies that assist us in operating the app, such as cloud hosting and database providers (e.g., Google Cloud, Firebase).
AI Processors: Third-party AI services used to process your text and image inputs (Google APIs).
Analytics Providers: Tools used to understand product usage and app stability.
Legal Authorities: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights and the safety of our users.
5. Data Storage and Retention
Data is stored securely using trusted third-party services such as Google Firebase and Google Cloud.
Conversation data and uploaded screenshots are retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service to you.
We may employ automated deletion policies to routinely clear older conversation data, reducing storage costs and protecting your privacy.
We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or operational purposes.
6. Security
We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information, including:

Restricted access to sensitive data

7. Your Choices and Account Control

Manage Subscriptions: Modify or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Delete: Delete your account directly within the app at any time.
Account Deletion:
When you initiate an account deletion:
Your account credentials and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.
Conversation data and uploaded content will be immediately deleted or scheduled for permanent deletion.
Some limited transactional information may be retained solely for legal or security compliance.

8. Regional Privacy Rights (CCPA & GDPR)
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data:
Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Deletion: You have the right to ask us to delete your personal information (which can be done in-app).
Right to Rectification: You can request that we correct inaccurate data.
Right to Opt-Out: Because we do not sell your personal data, there is no need to opt out of data sales.

9. Third-Party Services
Negotix relies on trusted third-party services to operate, including:
Google Firebase: Used for user authentication, database management, and analytics.
Google Cloud & Google APIs: Used for secure data storage and AI text/image processing.
Apple App Store and Google Play: Used for processing payments and managing subscriptions.
These services operate under their own respective privacy policies and enterprise data processing agreements.
10. Children’s Privacy
Negotix is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it immediately.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
