3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Negotix uses Google Gemini APIs to analyze text, images, screenshots, and uploaded documents.

How AI Processing Works

When you request an analysis:

• Your uploaded content is securely transmitted to Google's AI services.
• The content is processed solely to generate the analysis you requested.
• The generated analysis is returned to Negotix.
• Your content is not used to train Negotix's AI models.

No AI Model Training

Negotix does not use your conversations, documents, screenshots, or uploaded content to train our own artificial intelligence models.

Additionally, when processed through Google's enterprise AI APIs, customer content is not used by Google to train its foundation models.

Your data remains your data.

4. Document Uploads

Negotix allows users to upload documents for automated negotiation and contract analysis.

Supported file types currently include:

• PDF
• Microsoft Word (.doc and .docx)
• JPEG
• PNG
• Other supported image and document formats

Uploaded documents are processed only to provide the analysis you request.

We do not review uploaded documents except:

• When necessary to investigate technical issues
• To respond to customer support requests
• To protect the security of the Service

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate Negotix.

6. Data Storage & Retention

All uploaded documents, screenshots, and images are automatically and permanently deleted 14 days after upload.

Conversation Data

Conversation data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service unless deleted sooner through account deletion or other available controls.

Operational Data

Certain limited logs may be retained for:

• Fraud prevention
• Debugging
• Legal compliance
• Operational purposes

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information, including:

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account directly within the app.

When an account is deleted:

• Your account credentials are permanently deleted.
• Personal profile information is removed.
• Conversation history is deleted or scheduled for prompt permanent deletion.
• Uploaded documents, screenshots, and images are deleted immediately or scheduled for prompt permanent deletion.
• Any remaining uploaded files are automatically deleted no later than 14 days after upload.

Certain limited records may be retained only when required by law or necessary for fraud prevention or security.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including:

• Right to Delete
